Refund Policy

At Unique Essence, we want you to love your natural hair and beauty products. We understand that finding the right care for your unique journey takes patience, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

1. Returns & Exchanges

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural and personal nature of our beauty and hair care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals. This is a necessary step to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your orders, but if your package arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please let us know immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement for you.

4. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.

6. Sale Items & Bundles

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.
